1. Coverage
Our warranty covers products purchased directly from Trilax.xyz that are related to gardening, including but not limited to gardening tools, equipment, and instructional materials (eBooks, guides, etc.). If a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing or content issues, we offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
2. Warranty Period
- Physical Products (Tools & Equipment): The warranty period for any physical gardening tools or equipment purchased from Trilax.xyz is 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Digital Products (Guides, eBooks, etc.): All digital products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the content or it does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
3. Conditions for Warranty Claims
To qualify for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be purchased directly from Trilax.xyz.
- The issue must be a result of a defect in materials, workmanship, or content (for digital products).
- The claim must be made within the warranty period.
- For physical products, the item must be returned in its original packaging, if possible.
4. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear on physical products.
