We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please note that some products may be ineligible for returns due to health, safety, or other regulatory reasons.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • In unused, unopened condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Not a product that is non-returnable (such as perishable goods or custom items).

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with return instructions. Please include this number on your return package to ensure proper processing.
  3. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns. Trilax.xyz is not responsible for lost return shipments.
  4. Inspection and Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund, exchange, or store credit. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Plants and live products (due to the perishable nature of these items).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Opened or used items that are no longer in their original condition.
  • Gift cards.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer you a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation. Please include photos of the damaged product to expedite the process.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return instructions above, and we will send out the new item once your return is processed. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds
